Our Story
T&A Solutions was built on a simple belief: freight is about relationships, not transactions.
After spending years inside large national 3PLs, I saw firsthand how easily shippers can become just another number in a system. Even strong accounts get passed between reps, routed through departments, and handled by people who may not fully understand the business behind the freight.
That never felt right to me. So I made the decision to bet on myself and build something more personal, more accountable, and more aligned with how I believe business should be done.
